We offer various birth preparation options in English, depending on whether the birthing person or their birth partner is English-speaking.
THE GRUNDKURSUS IN 4 MODULES - THIRD MODULE TAUGHT IN DANISH AND ENGLISH

If the woman giving birth speaks Danish, we recommend the Grundkursus in Danish. Additionally, we offer a video recording of the third partner module taught in English. We recommend seeing this together before attending the third module in person. On the third module we will switch between Danish and English to allow the partner ask questions and follow all practical exercises. The Grundkursus is priced at 2,995 DKK.
Private 1:1 Coaching in the Smertefri Fødsel Anja Bay Method
For non-Danish-speaking women giving birth, we offer two private, 2-hour sessions of personalized birth preparation for you and your partner. The price for this option is 3,995 DKK. We recommend booking in advance to ensure we can schedule both sessions.
