We offer various birth preparation options in English, depending on whether the birthing person or their birth partner is English-speaking.
Preparation for the birth partner
in English
Pris 2.995,- kr.
If the woman giving birth speaks Danish, we recommend the Grundkursus in Danish. Additionally, we offer an occasional extra class in English (Module 3) specifically for the birth partner. If you and your partner are unable to attend this class, we’ll provide access to a recording in English. The Grundkursus is priced at 2,995 DKK, which includes the extra class for birth partners in English.
Private 1:1 Coaching in the Smertefri Fødsel Anja Bay Method
For non-Danish-speaking women giving birth, we offer two private, 2-hour sessions of personalized birth preparation for you and your partner. The price for this option is 3,495 DKK. We recommend booking in advance to ensure we can schedule both sessions.
